How long will it take for me to receive my order ?

Generally items are shipped within 5 days as we ship every Monday.  Special orders may take longer due to custom painting or making the item to your specifications.

Do you sell wholesale or are you just a retail store ?

Yes, we do sell wholesale.  In order to qualify for wholesale orders we must have your sales tax number on file and you must register with us.

Can I order something in a special color or size ?

Special orders are welcome and we try to fill all requests if possible.  If you see something in our catalog but would like it in another color you should send an email to sales@oleandlenas.us and let us know what it is you would like.  Please remember that special orders may take a longer delivery time and depending on your request there may be a small fee if any extra materials are needed.

How long will you hold something for in-store pick-up ?

If you decide to purchase an item that is listed for in-store pick-up only we will send you an email to make arrangements for pick-up.  Generally an item may be held for a period of 2 months, however each sale has its own set of circumstances which are taken into consideration when deciding on how long we will hold it.

Why is the item I received slightly different from the one I ordered ?

As you know all our items are hand crafted and therefore very hard to duplicate exactly.  Color shades may differ slightly so if you should order say 3 of any one item they may each be a slightly different shade from each other.

Do you combine shipping ?

Yes, we do combine shipping and should the actual shipping charges be less than what you were charged due to weight of items and size of shipping container we will refund the difference via your paypal or credit card account.

Can you personalize an item ?

Items can be personalized with names, dates, and even pictures since we make our own decals.  If you are interested in having something personalize it is best to contact us at info@oleandlenas.us to discuss the matter before ordering.  Remember that special orders may take a slightly longer shipping time.

Will my order be insured ?

If requested to insure an order we will, however the customer is responsible for the extra charge for insurance.

If an item is out of stock how long before it is restocked ?

Out of stock items usually take 7-10 days to restock depending on the item.  If an item is unique or one of a kind it will be removed from our catalog.

What type of payments do you accept ?

We accept PayPal, Master Card and Visa.  Again, each sale is unique and therefore if you need to make arrangements for another type of payment please contact us before making your purchase.

Can I return an item if I am not happy with it ?

Returns are accepted under certain conditions.  The item must be returned in the same condition and packaging it was received in and must be within 7 days from the date you receive it.  Customer is responsible for return shipping.
